Ben Townsend worked in educational multimedia in Melbourne before acting on his passion for the coffee industry and training as a barista. He went on to become a trainer and coffee consultant before returning to his native London where he recently opened The Espresso Room, a compact and cute boutique coffee house in the heart of Bloomsbury.
