Jim Gill has been an agent at United Agents since the company's formation at the end of 2007. He spent seven years as a literary agent at PFD and has worked in literary representation since 1996, having begun his career in books with Bloomsbury Publishing in 1994. He represents many established novelists, such as Justin Cartwright, Joanna Trollope and Margaret Drabble, as well as handling debut bestsellers such as Harry Sidebottom's
