Flyvbjerg lives with his family by the lakes in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. He is the editor of M/S, the Sunday supplement of Danish newspaper Berlingske Tidende. Previously he was editor of the magazines Copenhagen Living and Scandinavian Living.
