Following a successful 10 years in international investment in London and Tokyo, Kimiko Barber changed her career to follow her lifetime passion for cooking and cuisine. She now teaches Japanese cooking at a number of UK cookery schools and is author of the award-winning books Sushi: Taste and Technique, Easy Noodles, The Japanese Kitchen and most recently The Yo!
