About the role
As part of a collaborative and dedicated team, the Management Accountant is responsible for supporting the accounting, compliance, insights and financial management of our retail outlets, ecommerce stores and seasonal pop-ups that are based in London, Zurich, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Merano.
Reporting to the Finance Director this role would suit candidates who are part qualified accountants and with experience in the ecommerce and retail sector or similar.
We're seeking individuals with strong attention to detail and a desire to learn. You will be working closely with the Head of Retail and be an integral part of the finance team that supports the wider business as a dedicated service function.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in the month end processes, consolidating data, undertaking reconciliations and processing intercompany transactions
- Willingness to support with tax and audit compliance
- Proactive communication and engagement with retail managers across our retail network
- Business Partnering approach with the Head of Retail for annual financial planning and analysis, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Independent management of receivables and payables
