Gert Jonkers is the co-editor, alongside business consort Jop van Bennekom, of Amsterdam-based magazine Fantastic Man. Capturing something of the Zeitgeist of the modern man - complex, interested - it's one of the sleekest titles on the newsstand. Monocle asked Jonkers to give us a tour of the lesser-known sights of Amsterdam and he took us round on... what else, a bicycle, of course.
