Designer John Morford has created some of the most iconic hotel interiors in Asia - from the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong to the Park Hyatt Tokyo, made famous in the Sofia Coppola film "Lost in Translation". Monocle editor-in-chief Tyler Brûlé caught up with Morford in Hong Kong to talk about the design ingredients that go into a great hotel.
