UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) exists to add value to the UK's economy by helping businesses succeed internationally. The organisation proactively facilitates overseas investment into the UK and enables domestic business to expand confidently overseas. Bulgaria is just one of 106 countries where UKTI is pursuing this goal, and it’s an exciting story - UK investment doubled there in 2006, and it is becoming an increasingly open and attractive place to do business following Bulgaria’s entry to the EU on 1 January 2007.
