This weekend is Easter in many parts of the world, meaning a tremendous surge in the demand for chocolate. It’s typically a boon for cocoa-producing nations but, this year, the industry has been rocked by surging prices and crop failures from heavy rains and disease, particularly in Ghana and the Ivory Coast.
